Jay Johnson's Half Truths Page 3

The first strip on this page was what I used to pitch Half Truths. I still think it's the best of the run.

On this page, we also get the introduction of much of the rest of what would have been the supporting cast with Jason and Fred, based on two friends of mine and yes, named after the horror movie icons. The no pants as a recurring gag is based on an inside joke that no longer seems worth explaining. As it is, it's still kind of a funny visual thing. Strip Number 11 has apparently been lost. If I track down the file, I will post it.

The Raven was a superhero and Batman clone that I created in high school. It was fun to include him in the comic.
