NEWS:1-22-10 No, the bad links before season 7 are not all fixed yet. And by "not all fixed yet," I mean I have not worked on them at all. Honestly, stuff like this makes me wanna quit updating at all, but I'll get everything working again soon. In an effort to keep from wanting to break the hand I draw with, I think I am going to start doing three black and whites to one color comic strip a month. I know this is disappointing to those who visit the site week after week, but I just can't realistically maintain a weekly coloring schedule while working as much as I am in the "real world." I actually briefly entertained the idea of having 2 Naomi's in the strip. I came up with a script where Naomi B frames Naomi A as a threat to national security and has her hauled away to prison, thereby explaining the presence of only one. In it, Art points out that "wouldn't that mean that at some point in the future, you'd have to get out at some pint and travel back?" At that point, a hardened, crazy Naomi from prison would walk on panel and regular Naomi says "Fuck..." Thank god I thought better of that, huh? Steph pointed out that the humor comes from the IDEA of the paradoxes and had the suggestion of Art surmising that she is actually older than the other characters, and who would want that pointed out? The last 2 panels sort of got away from the more cartoony look I have been using, but I really wanted the facial expressions to drive the joke, so I went with a little more of a realistic style to capture it a little better. And yes, I made a bunch of funny faces in a mirror and sketched from that.
1-8-10 -- So apparently no page links before season 7 are working correctly. Awesome. Prior to season 7 I was using geocities as a webhost, thus "geocities" is included in all the addresses. Now that it is defunct, all the links are defaulting to my home page or giving an error message. I will try to fix this over the next few days, because hey, in between working 2 jobs, what better thing do I have to do than go back and fix a hundred goddamn links? Thanks, Yahoo.
